I ordered a pre-made matchbook print (Jersey City) back in November, which we LOVE. It came printed and rolled up in a tube. I also ordered a custom matchbook print with a frame. When it finally arrived (took longer than expected), it was framed around what feels like a canvas. I really wish this was more overtly described on the website. I wrongly assumed it was going to be a framed print on the same paper the other matchbook print came on with glass over it. It's nice, but for the money, I wish I had a better idea of how it would be framed, as now it doesn't match the rest of my gallery wall.
